Fixed Price Cleaning Service

You can fix the denomination of the gift card at any amount you wish. In such cases, Luxury Maids writes the equivalent man hours (not the fixed price) on the face of the gift card, calculated as the face amount divided by our rate of $35.00 per man hour. If we work fewer hours than the fixed price, we can credit you or apply the balance to future service for you or the recipient.

Open Price Cleaning Service

You can give Luxury Maids “carte blanche” to simply clean the recipient’s space to our standards. Once we complete the cleaning, we charge your credit card at the hourly rate of $35.00 per man hour. We write, “Good for one Initial Clean” on the face of the gift card.

Price Limit Cleaning Service

This option is like an Open Price Cleaning Service with a limit. You can provide us with a monetary range or ceiling and we will ask the recipient or you to prioritize the tasks desired. We can also check in with you during the assignment to update you on the status of the cleaning as it is in progress.

*The gift card recipient should contact Luxury Maids to schedule service. Cleaning Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and all gift certificates must be used within one year from the date of purchase.
